In para-4 in 8^th line of the order dated 04.02.2021, the words “….evasion to the tune of Rs.9 Crores and odd…” be substituted and read as “…evasion to the tune of Rs.94.53 Crores.”

Para-6(III) of the order dated 04.02.2021 be substituted and read as “the investigation is still in motion and charge-sheet is yet not filed.”

With the aforesaid, the present Note for Speaking to Minutes is disposed of. Fresh Writ be issued accordingly.
