What is consolidated e-way bill?
A consolidated E-way bill is generated when the transporter is carrying out multiple consignments in a single vehicle. In such cases, the transporter will select a number of E-way bills populated by the supplier and assign a common vehicle. Consolidated E-way bill allows the transporter to carry a single document instead of separate document for each consignment in a conveyance.
How to generate “Consolidated” E-way bill?
Click on “Consolidate EWB” then click on “Sub-Option” Generate New.
Select your mode of transportation, vehicle details as shown above image. Enter your generated e-way bill numbers one by one, system will auto populated details. Then click on “Submit” button and CWEB will be generating as shown above image.
Why we need to generate consolidated E-way bill?

How to extend E-way bill Validity?
E-way bill validity can be extend before four hour of expire of validity of after expire till 4 hours; an e-way bill validity can be extend.
E-way bill Validity can be extend by the following step:
Click on e-way bill then click sub-option extend validity as shown below image
Enter E-way bill Number as shown below image.
After entering e-way bill click on “Go” tab.
After click on “Go” button below image shall be reflect and details as you have entered at the time of generation e-way bill shall shown as below. At the bottom of the image you will see message “ Do you wish to get Extension for this EWB” ? Then if you want to extend then click on “Yes” button.
After clicking “Yes” button a new screen shall be populated as shown below image. Then fill the asked details i.e. reason for extension, remark, from place, approximate distance, vehicle no. etc.
Then finally click on “Submit” button as shown in above image and according to distance e-way bill validity will be extended.
Congratulation you have successfully extended e-way bill validity.

Hi am a transporter. On Saturday’s we consolidate our eway but on sunday our vehicles don’t get unloaded so we have to extend each and every eway individually.
Is their any provision we can extend consolidated eway?

I am a transporter and I faced a problem
If I have consolited eway bill with the vehicle should I have to update each single eway bill individually and take print with part b.
The confusing part is vehicle no updated in consolited is showing in part b of the eway bill’s plz clear this doubt and the helpline provided in get portal sucks they are not helping well like even they don’t know it well
They don’t even know if consolited is there with vehicle should we need to carry individual ewaybill with updated part b

i have MCGM Supplier we have total issue per day bill more than 2 lakh in various department of mcgm but the all bmc gst no are same and my per day bills are more than 30 so we are liable all bill e way bill or not????????

We are the Ayurvedic medicine manufacturers and generating 3 to 4 invoices value more than Rs:50000/= of same party with difference rate of GST and dispatch will be made all together. Now my question is whether we have generate separate e-way bill for each Invoice or can we generate the e way bill all together?
