GST Update – Extension of due date for furnishing of Return in Form GSTR 1 and GSTR 7 for the month of March 2019
Considering the difficulties being faced by the Taxpayers, the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) has extended the due date for filing GSTR-1 and GSTR-7 for the month of March’2019.
The summary of notifications has been given below for easy understanding:
GST Central Tax Notifications

| 1 | Notification No. 17/2019 – Central Tax | The due date for filing the details of outward supply of goods or services or both, in Form GSTR-1 for those taxpayers having aggregate turnover more than Rs. 1.5 Crores, for the month of March’2019 has been extended to April 13th 2019. |
| 2 | Notification No 18/2019 -Central Tax | The due date for furnishing the return by a registered person required to deduct tax at source (GST TDS) , in Form GSTR-7 for the month of March’2019 has been extended to April 12th 2019. |
