On meeting with DM and Commissioner by the Chartered Accountants of Gorakhpur, Finally Clarification issued by the GST Addl Commissioner of Gorakhpur that CAs are authorised to Appear before GST Authorities.

Department itself provided opportunities to practioners advocates chartered accountants and any person’s authorised by the companies partners proprietors to appear on behalf of the addressees then why cas are only authorised to appear before GST not nice,,& well & good
