In exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to rule 6 of the Kerala Flood Cess Rules, 2019, the Commissioner of State Tax, hereby makes the following amendments in notification No. 1/2022-State Tax dated the 25th February, 2022, namely:-
In the said notification, in the third paragraph, for the words and figures “15th of March, 2022”, the words and figures “30th day of April, 2022” shall be substituted.
