NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 29th June, 2021
S.O. 2616(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 128 of the Finance Act, 2021 (13 of 2021) (hereafter in this notification referred to as the said Act), the Central Government hereby appoints the 30th day of June, 2021 as the date on which the provisions of Part III of the said Act shall come into force.

AMENDMENTS TO THE LIFE INSURANCE CORPORATION ACT, 1956
128. Commencement of this Part.
The provisions of this Part shall come into force on such date as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint:
Provided that different dates may be appointed for different provisions of this Part and any reference in any such provision to the commencement of this Act shall be construed as a reference to the coming into force of that provision.
