Bharti Hexacom Limited has announced its audited financial results for the second quarter of the fiscal year 2027, revealing a strong performance marked by significant growth across various financial metrics. The company reported total revenues of Rs 2,582 crore, reflecting an 11.4% year-on-year (YoY) increase and a 2.9% rise quarter-on-quarter (QoQ). This growth was primarily driven by robust performance in both mobile services and the Homes, Office, and Other services segments.

The mobile services sector witnessed a revenue growth of 9.9% YoY, bolstered by an improved average revenue per user (ARPU) which rose to Rs 264 from Rs 251 in the previous year. The expansion of the smartphone customer base, which grew by 1.2 million over the past year, contributed to this upward trend. Additionally, mobile data traffic surged by 30.6% YoY, reaching 2,526 petabytes for the quarter. Bharti Hexacom also enhanced its postpaid offerings by integrating Apple’s expanded iCloud+ services, which now include Apple TV and Apple Arcade, further strengthening its market proposition.

The Homes, Office, and Other services segment emerged as a significant growth driver, with a remarkable 49.0% YoY revenue increase. This was attributed to the expansion of Wi-Fi and IPTV services, which led to substantial customer additions. The customer base in this segment grew to 989,000, and the fibre network footprint expanded to 122 cities, up from 117 cities in the same quarter last year. The company’s operational efficiency was reflected in its EBITDA, which rose by 12.8% YoY to Rs 1,417 crore, with the EBITDA margin improving by 65 basis points to 54.9%.

Bharti Hexacom’s financial health strengthened further with a notable improvement in its net debt to EBITDA ratio, which decreased to 0.87 from 1.25 as of September 2025. The company continued its investment in digital infrastructure, with a capital expenditure of Rs 336 crore for the quarter. Analysts view Bharti Hexacom’s disciplined execution and focus on quality customer acquisition as key factors underpinning its strong financial performance, positioning the company well for sustained growth in the competitive telecommunications market.
