A lawyer today approached a Delhi court seeking a direction to CBI to implead various other persons, including Reliance ADAG chairman Anil Ambani, Tata group chief Ratan Tata and corporate lobbyist Niira Radia, as accused in the 2G scam case.
“As far as 2G scam is concerned, the key role is played by Niira Radia, Ratan Tata, Anil Ambani ans Dayalu Ammal (wife of DMK chief M Karunanidhi). The truth will come out only by impleading them in the charge sheet,” R Krishna Murthy, an advocate, told Special CBI Judge O P Saini.
The court has listed his application for hearing on May 30 after he submitted that CBI did not take any action on his representation on the issue.
