Notification No. 36/2002-Central Excise (N.T.)
G.S.R.No.748(E). In exercise of powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 3 read with rule 33 of the Central Excise Rules, 2002, the Central Board of Excise and Customs makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 39/2001-Central Excise (N.T.), dated the 26th June 2001, namely: –
In the said notification, in the Table, for entries at column (2) against S.No.2, the following shall be substituted, namely: –
“Commissioners of Central Excise (Adjudication)
Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata and Mumbai”
2. This notification shall come into force on and from the 1st day of November 2002.
