Notification No. 61/2003-Central Excise (N.T.)
In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (i) and (ii) of section 133 of the Finance Act, 2002 (20 of 2002), the Central Government hereby amends the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 58/2003-CENTRAL EXCISE (N.T.), dated the 22nd July, 2003, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, sub-section (i) vide G.S.R 560 (E) dated the 22nd July, 2003, namely:-
In the said notification, for the figures, letters and words ” 15th day of August, 2003″, the figures, letters and words ” 15th day of October, 2003″ shall be substituted.
