Notification No. 07/2019 Central Excise (N.T.)

G.S.R. 979(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 132 of the Finance (No. 2) Act, 2019 (23 of 2019), the Central Government on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 05/2019-Central Excise-NT, dated the 21st August, 2019, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 588(E), dated the 21st August, 2019, namely:‑

In rule 3, in sub-rule (1), for the figures, letters and word “31st December, 2019”, the figures, letters and word “15th January, 2020” shall be substituted.
