Validity period of export authorisation for restricted (Non-SCOMET) goods extended

Public Notice No. 01/2015-2020-DGFT

New Delhi, the 4th April, 2019

Subject: Amendments in Para 2.16 of Hand Book of Procedures of FTP 2015-20– Regarding

No. 01/91/180/18/AM-17/EC— In exercise of the powers conferred under paragraph 2.04 of the Hand Book of Procedure, the Directorate General of Foreign Trade, hereby makes amendments in para 2.16 (a) of Hand Book of Procedures with immediate effect. (Changes made are in Bold Letters)

2. The revised para 2.16 (a) Sr. No. (i) of the Hand Book of Procedures of FTP 2015-20 would be read as under:-

(i) Export Authorisation for restricted (Non-SCOMET) goods 24 Months

3. Effect of this Public Notice

Para No. 2.16 (a) of HBP of FTP 2015-20 has been amended to enhance the validity period of export authorisation for restricted (Non-SCOMET) goods from 12 months to 24 months.
