Public Notice No. 89 (RE-2005)/2004-09, dated 22nd February 2006, outlines amendments to the list of agencies authorized to issue Certificates of Origin (Non-Preferential) in India. Two new agencies have been added to Appendix 4-C in the Handbook of Procedures (Vol. I). The newly added agencies are the Delhi Chamber of Commerce & Industry (DCCI) and the Indian Society of Agribusiness Professionals, both located in New Delhi, with their contact details provided. Additionally, changes were made to the listing for the Federation of Indian Export Organisations (FIEO) under Delhi, with updated address and contact information. This modification aims to expand the network of authorized agencies, ensuring efficient processing of non-preferential Certificates of Origin for exporters in India. These changes are implemented in the public interest.

In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Handbook of Procedures (Vol. I).
