NEW DELHI, DATED THE 26 November 2007
In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009, Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Handbook of Procedures, Vol.I :
1. In Appendix 14-I-C, para 11 shall be substituted by the following:
“11. Gem and Jewellery products
The Minimum value addition on annual basis shall be in terms of para 4A.2.1 of the Hand book of Procedures.”
