PUBLIC NOTICE No. 62 (RE-2006)/2004-09

NEW DELHI : 12th October, 2006

In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004 – 09 and Paragraph 1.1 of Handbook of Procedures (Vol.I), the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Public Notice No. 46 (RE-2006)/2004-2009 dated 25th August, 2006.

1. S. No. (iv) of Para 2 will be amended to read as follows:

“(iv) The import will be allowed into India only through the following ports, namely, Chennai, Tuticorin, Cochin, Vishakhapatanam, Mumbai, Kandla, New Mangalore and Mundra.”

2. This issues in public interest.
