The Government of India, through Public Notice No. 34/2004-09, dated 21st December 2004, made additions to Appendix 28 of the Handbook of Procedures (Vol. I) under the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-09. The additions include two entities: SGS Lanka Private Limited, located in Colombo, Sri Lanka, and Alex Stewart International (Australia) Pvt. Ltd., based in Burwood, New South Wales, Australia. These additions are issued under the powers conferred by Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy. The notice aims to update the list of recognized entities and is issued in the public interest.
