In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in the Handbook of Procedures, Vol. 1(RE-2008):
2. The following sentence stands added at the end of first sub-para of paragraph 4.7.5:-
“For project supplies, the time limit for filing representations, if any, against the decision of Norms Committee shall be one year from the date of communication of decision of the Norms Committee ”.
This issues in public interest.
