In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-09, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby notifies the following amendments in Appendix 4-C of the Handbook of Procedures (Vol.I):
1. The following shall be added at Sl.No.5, under All India Organisations:

The Chamber through its branches may issue Certificate of Origin (Non-Preferential) for the units located in Chandigarh, Chhattisgarh, Delhi, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand and U.P.
2. Sl. No.5 listed under Delhi shall be deleted.
3. This issues in Public Interest.
