In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in the Handbook of Procedures Vol.I:

Importers importing goods for display or use in fairs/ exhibitions or similar events under provisions of ATA carnet. This IEC No. can also be used by importers importing for exhibitions/ fairs as per para 2.29 of Handbook of Procedures Vol.I.
