PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 13(RE- 02)/ 2002-2007

NEW DELHI : DATED : 20/05/2002.

In exercise of the powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Export and Import Policy 2002-2007, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following additions in the handbook of Procedures, Vol-2, 2002-2007 as amended.

2. In the General Notes for All Export product Groups as contained in the Handbook of Procedures, Vol.2, 2002-2007, as amended, after Note 10, the following further note shall be added:-

“11. Notwithstanding the fact that against several export products natural rubber has been allowed as one of the inputs in the Standard Input Output Norms, duty free import of the same shall not be allowed till further notice. Duty Free import of this item against Duty Free replenishment Certificate shall also not be allowed till further notice.”

3. This issues in public interest.
