NEW DELHI: the 31^st August, 2004,

In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby notifies the Handbook of Procedures (Volume 1) as contained in Annexure to this Public Notice and the Appendices to the Handbook of Procedures (Volume 1) as available on the website of Directorate General of Foreign Trade at http://dgft.delhi.nic.in. These shall come into force from 1^st September, 2004.

This issues in public interest.
