NOTIFICATION No. 41 (RE-2007)/2004-2009
NEW DELHI, DATED: The 23rd October, 2007
S.O. (E) In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992) read with Para 1.3 and Para 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009, the Central Government hereby makes following amendments in Notification No.32(RE-2007)2004-09 dt. 04.10.2007(with regard to export of onions).
2. The following stands added after paragraph 2 of the said Notification:-
“2.1 The above restrictions shall not be applicable to exports undertaken against No Objection Certificates (NOCs) issued by designated canalizing agencies (STEs) till 4.10.2007.”
3. This issues in Public Interest.
