NOTIFICATION No. 35 (RE-2007)/2004-2009

NEW DELHI, DATED 8th October, 2007

S.O. (E) – In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 read with paragraph 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy – 2004-09, the Central Government hereby amends the Notification No. 56 (RE-2006)/2004-09 dated 29th March, 2007, as under :

1. The existing policy for import of items falling at Exim Codes 1001 10 90 (Durum Wheat: Other) and 1001 90 20 (Other Wheat) shall remain in abeyance till further orders. During this period, import of these items will be allowed freely.

2. This issues in public interest.
