NOTIFICATION No. 21 (RE-2007)/2004-2009

NEW DELHI, DATED:The 13 August, 2007

S.O. (E) In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992) read with paragraph 1.3 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009, as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby makes the following additions with immediate effect at the end of Paragraph 3 Notification No. 45 (RE-2006)/2004-2009 dated 09.02.2007 (as amended by Notification No. 03 (RE-2007)/2004-2009 dated 01.05.2007):-

“Further, following exports are exempted from restrictions imposed by this Notification:

3.1 75 MT of milk powder under ITC (HS) Code 04021090 and 50 MT of milk powder under ITC (HS) Code 04022990 to Bhutan by Nestle India;

3.2 200 MT of SMP under ITC (HS) Code 04021010 to Myanmar by GCMMF, Gujarat; and

3.3 28 MT of SMP under ITC (HS) Code 04021010 and 8.1 MT of Milk Food for babies under ITC (HS) Code 04021020 / 04022920 to Afghanistan by GCMMF, Gujarat.”
