Subject: Extension of validity of Pre-shipment Inspection Agencies (PSIAs)
In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy (2015-20), the Director General of Foreign Trade in relaxation of the provision as in Para 2.55 (d) of the handbook of Procedure. 2015-20, notifies as under:-
The validity of recognition of the Pre-shipment Inspection Agencies (PSIAs) included in the Appendix 2G of Appendices and Aayat Niryat Forms (A&ANF) of Foreign Trade Policy (2015-20) who have completed their tenure of three years and whose validity was extended up to 30.6.2019 is further extended up to 30.09.2019.
Effect of this Public Notice: Validity of the Pre-shipment Inspection Agencies (PSIAs) as listed in the Appendix 2G of A&ANF, whose validity expires on 30.6.2019 is extended up to 30.9.2019.
