The following two official EMAIL IDs have been created for the applicants to directly address their queries and concerns exclusively on pending IEC applications and EDI related technical issues:
| For any queries on pending IEC – new & modification applications filed with RA, Chennai | iecchn-dgft@gov.in |
| For any technical issues with the online modules/EDI & transmission issues pertaining to the applications filed at RA, Chennai | edichn-dgft@gov.in |
Applicants can address their queries on all other issues to chennai-dgft@nic.in
Applicants are requested to ensure that their emails are sent from their official email IDs.
