Subject: – Amendment of import policy of certain items under Chapter 29 and 30 of ITC (HS), 2017, Schedule — I (Import Policy).
S.O. (E): In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 of FT (D&R) Act, 1992, read with paragraph 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-2020, as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby, makes the following amendments in import policy of certain items under Chapter 29 and 30 of ITC (HS) 2017, Schedule 1 (Import Policy):

Policy Condition: No Objection Certificate (NOC) is required from Narcotics Commissioner, Gwalior, before import of the item.
2. Effect of this Notification: The import policy of above mentioned 34 items has been revised from ‘Restricted’ to ‘Free’ subject to No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Narcotics Commissioner. Gwalior, before import of the item.
This issues with the approval of Minister of Commerce & Industry.
