The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, issued Public Notice No. 33/2024-25 on November 14, 2024, establishing a new Standard Input Output Norm (SION) for export product Clobetasol Propionate under the Chemical and Allied Product group. This new SION is coded as A-3682 and sets specific input-output ratios for the export of Clobetasol Propionate. According to the notice, for each kilogram of Clobetasol Propionate exported, an import allowance of 0.95 kg of Betamethasone will be permitted. The update falls under the guidelines of the amended Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) 2023, which aims to provide exporters with standardized input-output norms to facilitate smooth international trade. By defining SION A-3682, the DGFT intends to streamline the input requirements for exporting this chemical product.

F. No. 01/82/0013/AM-25/DES-III.—In exercise of the powers conferred under paragraph 1.03 of the Foreign Trade Policy-2023 as amended from time to time, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby notifies new SION with Serial Number A-3682. This new entry shall be as under:
