Subject: Continuation of Minimum Import Price (MIP) on 66 HS Codes of Iron and Steel under Chapter 72 of ITC (HS), 2012 –Schedule – 1 (Import Policy): amendment in import Policy Conditions.

S.O. (E): In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 of FT (D&R) Act, 1992, read with paragraph 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-2020, as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby extends the applicability of Minimum Import Price (MIP) beyond 04/10/2016 on 66 HS Codes as specified in the Notification No 20/2015-20 dated 4.8.2016 for further two months, i.e., till 4th December, 2016.

2. Effect of this Notification: Effect of Notification No 20/2015-20 dated 4.8.2016 is extended till 4th December, 2016.
