The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), Ministry of Commerce and Industry, through Public Notice No. 26/2026-27 dated 5 August 2026, issued under paragraphs 1.03 and 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2023, and in continuation of Public Notice No. 19/2026-27 dated 09.07.2026 and Public Notice No. 22/2026-27 dated 20.07.2026, has extended the last date for submission of online applications for allocation of Tariff Rate Quota (TRQ) under the India–United Kingdom Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) for Calendar Year 2026 to 09.08.2026. The extension has been made in view of representations received from the trade and industry. All other terms and conditions stipulated under Public Notice No. 19/2026-27 and Public Notice No. 22/2026-27 remain unchanged.

Subject: Extension of Last Date for Submission of TRQ Applications under the India–United Kingdom Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) for Calendar Year 2026 – reg.

No. 01/89/180/110/AM-25/PC-2(A)/E-45719.— In exercise of the powers conferred under paragraphs 1.03 and 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2023, and in continuation of Public Notice No. 19/2026-27 dated 09.07.2026 and Public Notice No. 22/2026-27 dated 20.07.2026, and in view of the representations received from the trade and industry, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby extends the last date for submission of online applications for allocation of Tariff Rate Quota (TRQ) under the India-UK CETA up to 09.08.2026.
2. All other terms and conditions stipulated under Public Notice No. 19/2026-27 dated 09.07.2026 and Public Notice No. 22/2026-27 dated 20.07.2026 shall remain unchanged.
Effect of this Public Notice:
The last date for submission of online applications for allocation of Tariff Rate Quota (TRQ) under the India–United Kingdom Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) for CY 2026 is hereby extended up to 09th August, 2026.
