Notification No. 26/2002-Customs (N.T.)

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 28AA of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 32 /2000 -Customs (N. T.), dated the 12^th May, 2000 [GSR 438 (E), dated the 12^th May, 2000 ], the Central Government hereby fixes the rate of interest at fifteen per cent. per annum for the purposes of the said section.
