G.S.R. (E) – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (ICD),Tughlakabad, New Delhi to be the Commissioner of Customs (Export Promotion), New Custom House, Ballard Estate, Mumbai for the purpose of adjudicating the Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s. Texcomash Export, No.D.52, Defence Colony, New Delhi, issued vide DRLF.No. 50C/29/94-CJ. dated the 7th January, 2000 by Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, New Delhi.
