In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Export Promotion), New Customs House, Mumbai to act as Commissioner of Customs (Import), Jawahar Custom House, Nhava Sheva and Commissioner of Customs, New Custom House, Kandla for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice, pertaining to M/s Devarshee Processors, Room 6, 20 Naviwadi, Dadishet Agiyari Lane, Chira Bazaar, Mumbai-400 002 issued, vide F.No. DRI/BZU/B/Inv-12/2002, dated the 29th February, 2004, by the Additional Director General, Mumbai Zonal Unit, 3rd/4th Floor, Hotel Waldorf Building, 16, Arthur Bunde Road, Colaba, Mumbai- 400005.
