Notification No. 86/2003-Customs
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest to do so, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 21/2002-Customs, dated the 1st March, 2002, namely:-
In the said notification,-
(i) in the opening paragraph in the proviso, after clause (b), the following shall be inserted, namely:-
“(c) the goods specified against serial No. 316A of the said Table on or after the 1st day of August, 2003.”
(ii) in the Table,-
(a) after S.No. 267 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely:-

| “267A. | 8443 | High speed cold-set web offset rotary printing machines with a minimum speed of 70,000 copies per hour | 5% | Nil | -“; |
(ii) after S.No. 316 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely:-

| “316A. | 8528 | Integrated Receiver Decoder, also known as Set-top Box | 5% | Nil | -“. |

Foot note.- The principal notification No. 21/2002-Customs, dated the 1st March, 2002 was published in the Gazette of India vide number G.S.R. 118(E), dated the 1st March, 2002 and was last amended vide notification No. 67 /2003-Customs, dated the 30 April, 2003 [G.S.R. 368(E), dated the 30 April, 2003].
