Notification No. 66/2008-Customs (N.T.)

New Delhi, the 2^nd June, 2008

S.O. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs, hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Export), Jawahar Custom House, Nhava Sheva to act as a common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on the Commissioner of Customs, (Exports), Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Mumbai for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice  pertaining to Mr. Pravin P. Joshi, A-8, 2^nd Floor Unmiya Bhavan, Dr. Rajandra Prasad Road, Mulund (E), Mumbai – 400 080 and Others issued vide, F.No. DRI/BZU/E/INT-22/2005, dated the 23^rd April, 2007, by the Additional Director, Directorate General of Revenue Intelligence, Mumbai Zonal Unit, Mumbai.
