S.O. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs, Central Excise and Service Tax, Kanpur to act as Commissioner of Customs (Port Imports), Customs House, Chennai for the purposes of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s Pioneer Exports and Others, issued, vide, F.No.:DRI/LZU/SEIZ/41/2005, dated the 22nd February, 2006 by Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Lucknow Zonal Unit.
