S.O. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Central Excise (Adjudication), New Custom House, IGI Airport, New Delhi, as a common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed, to act as, –

| (ii) | The Commissioner of Customs, Air Cargo, NCH, New Delhi, |
| (iii) | The Commissioner of Customs and Excise, Noida, UP, |

| (v) | The Commissioner of Customs, (Import and General), NCH, New Delhi, |
| (vi) | The Commissioner of Customs, (Import), Mundra, Gujarat, |
| (vii) | The Commissioner of Customs, Kandla, Gujarat, |
| (viii) | The Commissioner of Customs, (Import), Sea Port, Chennai, |
| (ix) | The Commissioner of Customs, Customs House, Cochin and |
| (x) | he Commissioner of Customs, NCH, Mangalore, |
for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to Sanjay Dogra, S/o Kamal Narayan Dogra, 652, 3rd floor, Opp. Vishal Enclave, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi and others issued, vide, DRI. F.No: 23/29/2004-DZU, dated 17th October, 2006 by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit, New Delhi.
