Notification No. 134/2001-Customs

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause(b) of section 119 of the Finance Act, 2001 (14 of 2001), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1^st day of January 2002, as the date from which the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 ( 51 of 1975) shall be amended in the manner specified in the Third Schedule to the said Finance Act.
