Notification No. 119/2013-Customs (N.T.)
New Delhi, dated the 11th December, 2013
S.O. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Additional or Joint Commissioner of Customs (Imports), Jawaharlal Nehru Customs House, Nhava Sheva, Port-Uran, Dist.-Raigad, Maharashtra to act as a common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on-
(i) The Additional or Joint Commissioner of Customs (Imports), Jawaharlal Nehru Customs House, Nhava Sheva, Port-Uran, Dist.-Raigad, Maharashtra;
(ii) The Additional or Joint Commissioner of Customs (Imports), Air Cargo Complex, Sahar Airport, Mumbai; and
(iii) The Additional or Joint Commissioner of Customs (Imports), New Harbour Estate, Tuticorin,
for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s Blue Bird Creation P. Ltd. 315, Empire Estate Building, Ring Road, Surat (Head office at 714-B, 7th floor, Kakad Market, 306, Kalbha Devi Road Mumbai) and others issued vide, DRI F.No.DRI/SRU/INV-16/2010 dated the 31st March, 2013, by the Joint Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Ahmedabad Zonal Unit, Ahmedabad-380007.
