Notification No. 113/2012-Customs (N.T.)

G.S.R. No. (E) – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of Rule 3 of the Customs Tariff (Identification and Assessment of Safeguard Duty) Rules, 1997 and in supersession of notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 04/2010-Customs (N.T.) issued vide G.S.R. No. 23(E) dated the 11^th January, 2010, the Central Government hereby appoints Sh. Bimal Behari Prasad as the Director General (Safeguard) for the purposes of the said Rules.
