Amendment of Notification No. 63/1994-Customs (N.T), dated the 21 st November, 1994 – Denotification of Namkhana as Land Customs Station on India-Bangladesh Border

S.O. …… In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (b) and (c) of sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 63/1994-Customs (N.T.), dated the 21st November, 1994, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) vide number S. O. 830 (E), dated the 21st November, 1994, namely:-

In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 2 relating to Land Frontiers of Bangladesh, in columns (3) and (4), the entries at serial number (38) pertaining to ‘Namkhana’ shall be omitted.
