Notification No. 11/2011-Customs (N.T.),

New Delhi, the 11th February, 2011

G.S.R…..(E) – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 3 of the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No.74/2000-Customs (N.T.), dated the 12th December, 2000, namely:-

In the said notification, for the words “Additional Secretary”, the words “Joint Secretary” shall be substituted.
