In exercise of the power conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 3 of the Customs  Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of injury) Rules, 1995, and in supersession of the Notification Of the Governemnt of India in the Ministry of Finance, department of revenue, No. 63/2000-NT-Customs, vide GSR No. 802(E), published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, section 3, sub-section (ii), dated the 19th October, 2000, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Governemnt hereby appoints the Additional Secretary to the Government of India, Department of Commerce, Ministry of ommerce and Industry, as designated authority for the purpose of said rules, until further orders.
