CORRIGENDUM NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 5th March, 2021

Subject : Corrigendum to initiation notification issued in Sunset review anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of Viscose Staple Fibre originating in or exported from China PR and Indonesia.
F. No. 7/03/2021-DGTR.—Having regard to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, as amended from time to time and the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, as amended from time to time, thereof, the Designated Authority has issued the sunset review initiation notification No. 7/03/2021-DGTR dated 22nd February, 2021 and Corrigendum notification of even number dated 23rd February 2021.
2. “Product under consideration” or “subject goods” described in Para 1 & Para 6 of the aforesaid notification is further corrected to be read as follows:
Viscose Staple Fibre (VSF) excluding:
a) Bamboo Fibre,
b) Modal Fibre,
c) Non-Woven Fibre,
d) Flame Retardant Fibre,
e) Eco Fibre (Eco Vero or EV),
f) Spun Dyed Fibre,
g) Tencel Fibre (or Lyocell) and Outlast Viscose Fibre
