Notification No. 27/2003-Customs (N.T.)
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise & Customs hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. 15/2002-Customs (N.T.), dated the 7th March, 2002, namely: –
(a) for Sl. No. 1 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

| “1. | The National Capital Territory of Delhi, and the NOIDA Special Economic Zone in the State of Uttar Pradesh | Commissioners of Customs, Aircargo (Import and General), Delhi, Aircargo (Export), Delhi (ICDs), Delhi. | Additional Commissioners, or Joint Commissioners, of Customs working under the control of the Commissioners of Customs, Aircargo (Import) and General, Delhi, Aircargo (Export), Delhi (ICDs), Delhi. | Deputy Commissioner, or Assistant Commissioners, of Customs working under the control of the Commissioners of Customs, Aircargo (Import) and General, Delhi, Aircargo (Export), Delhi (ICDs), Delhi. |
