All Shops and Establishments are required to be registered under Delhi Shops and Establishments Act, 1954. The registration is Online, free of Cost and without submission of any document.
For Ease of Doing Business, Ministry of Corporate Affairs has developed a digital platform “Spice+”, for integrating multiple services on one platform. The registration portal of Shops and Establishment Act, 1954 is also integrated with “Spice+” portal. Any establishment in Delhi which intends to get itself registered under Companies Act, 2013 and Delhi Shops and Establishment Act, 1954 for the first time, shall apply on the “Spice+” platform online.
However, establishments which are not required to be registered under the Companies Act, 2013, but are required to get registered under Delhi Shops and Establishments Act, 1954 shall apply online on the registration portal of Delhi Shops and Establishments Act, 1954 (https://labourcis.nic.in) for getting registration.
