NOTIFICATION

G.S.R (E)…..–In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 (6 of 2009), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification number S.O. 891(E), dated the 31st March, 2009, namely:-
2. In the said notification,-
(a) after serial number 5 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be inserted, namely:
“5A. Section 51”;
(b) after serial number 7 and the entries relating there to, the following serial number and entries shall be inserted, namely:-
“7A Section 63, 64 and section 65”.
