Registrar of Companies, Uttarakhand, Strikes Off Names of 9 LLPs

Government of India, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, through the Office of Registrar of Companies (ROC) cum-Official Liquidator in Uttarakhand, has issued a crucial notice concerning the striking off of names of nine Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs) from the register.

The notice specifies that nine LLPs have submitted applications in Form 24 to the Registrar, seeking the striking off of their names from the register. This action is in accordance with sub-rule (1)(b) of Rule 37 of LLP Rules, 2009, and Section 75 of The Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008.

As per sub-rule (2) of Rule 37 of LLP Rules, 2009, the list containing the names of these nine LLPs is made available on the official website (mca.gov.in) for public information for a duration of one month. This provision ensures transparency and allows stakeholders to review the list.

The notice further states that unless a cause to the contrary is demonstrated within the stipulated one-month period, the names of these nine LLPs mentioned in the enclosed list will be struck off from the register. Subsequently, the names will be published in the Official Gazette, leading to the dissolution of the mentioned LLPs upon such publication.

1. Notice is hereby given that 9 LLPs (List Enclosed) have made an application in Form 24 to the Registrar, for striking off their names from the register, pursuant to sub-rule (1) (b) of Rule 37 of LLP Rules, 2009, read with Section 75 of The Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008.

2. Pursuant to sub-rule (2) of Rule 37 of LLP Rules, 2009, the list of 9 LLP Names is hereby placed on the website (mca.gov.in) for information of the general public for a period of one month.

3. Notice is hereby given that. unless a cause to the contrary is shown within the period of one month, the names of these 9 LLPs (as mentioned in the enclosed list) shall be struck off from the Register and the names of these LLPs will be published in the Official Gazette and shall stand dissolved on such Gazette Publication.
