NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 28th February, 2017
S.O. 642 (E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Regional Centre for Biotechnology Act, 2016 (36 of 2016), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of March, 2017 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
