ORDER
New Delhi, the 14th December, 2022
S.O. 5850(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 read with sub-section (3) of section 25 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government, after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards, is of the opinion that it is necessary so to do in the public interest, hereby makes the following order further to amend the Refrigerating Appliances (Quality Control) Order, 2020, namely:-
1. (1) This order may be called the Refrigerating Appliances (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2022.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Refrigerating Appliances (Quality Control) Order, 2020, in Paragraph 1, in sub-paragraph (2), for the figures “01.01.2023”, the figures “01.01.2024” shall be substituted.
